artVenture is a silent auction event that benefits Girl Scouts throughout Nebraska.
The event will feature an impressive display of art from regional artists as well as budding Girl Scout artists who
worked in collaboration with professionals to create stunning works of art.

Let your creativity shine, participate in artVenture 2010! Whether it’s blowing glass, hammering metal into art, taking photos or painting, there’s something for everyone to do!
artVenture is an annual art auction fundraiser for Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska and a unique program that teams Girl Scouts with professional artists who create artwork together. Out of these collaborations come some of the most magnificent masterpieces, which can be included in the artVenture auction. Girl Scout artists will also be invited, along with their families, to an Open House-Reception prior to the auction so they can see their artwork on display.
NEW this year! Girls can choose to participate in artVenture collaborations across the state and there will be three artVenture auction locations: Grand Island, Lincoln and Omaha
Girl Scouts interested in working with an artist and learning a new medium while helping to create art for an artVenture auction, should complete a Youth Artist Application. Forms are available below, by service center area.
Collaborations outside the Omaha-Lincoln metro areas will begin this fall, all others will begin in January, with the auctions and girl-artist receptions taking place in April and May.
